Industrial Raw Materials Procurement
A plant can only produce as reliably as its raw material supply allows. Wavy Solutions sources industrial raw materials for manufacturers and project owners, with attention to specification, consistency and delivery. We connect buyers with suitable suppliers and manage each deal through to delivery.
What we procure
We procure raw materials and inputs used in industrial production. Depending on the client's sector, these may include metals and scrap for melting, polymers for plastics processing, fibres and pulp for paper and moulded packaging, feed ingredients, chemicals and other process materials. Because we also design and build plants, we understand how a raw material's grade and consistency affect the process, the machines and the final product. We use this knowledge to source materials that suit the client's production.
Sourcing and quality
Each request begins with a clear specification: grade, composition, size or form, packaging, quantity and delivery schedule. We identify suitable suppliers in Europe, the Middle East and other markets, request samples and test certificates, and compare offers on quality, price, reliability and lead time. Where needed, we arrange independent inspection before loading. Clear specifications and inspection reduce the risk of receiving material that causes problems on the production floor. We keep the agreed specification as the reference for every later shipment, so quality stays consistent from one delivery to the next.
Contracts, payment and logistics
We help structure the commercial terms, including price basis, quality tolerances, delivery terms and payment methods such as letters of credit. We then coordinate shipping, documentation and customs clearance. For repeat needs, we can arrange supply agreements with scheduled deliveries so that the client's production plan is not interrupted. In Saudi Arabia and the region, our Dammam office follows each shipment and works with the client's purchasing team on receipt and quality checks.
What the client should prepare
The client should provide the exact material specification, the quantity required per shipment and per year, and the delivery location. Information on how the material will be used, and any quality problems experienced with previous suppliers, helps us choose the right source. We also need the preferred payment method, delivery terms and any import requirements. With these details, we can return comparable offers quickly and recommend the supply option that fits best. For new plants we develop, raw material sourcing is planned during the feasibility stage.
