Industrial Project Development

A new plant brings together market questions, engineering, machinery, buildings, permits and financing, and each one affects the others. Wavy Solutions takes an industrial project from first idea to a plant that produces and sells. We work turnkey or in phases, depending on what the investor needs and can fund.

What we do

We develop new industrial plants in any sector. Our work covers the product concept, process selection, plant layout, machinery specification, building and utility requirements, supplier selection, installation and commissioning. Engineering, European machinery and project management come from one company, so the client deals with one team that answers for the whole result. We are currently executing a moulded pulp packaging plant and a feed mill, and we have delivered projects in paper, plastics and solar energy. Each project starts from the client's product and market, and the plant is designed around them.

Minimum cost to first production

Our standing approach is to keep the initial investment at the level needed to get the plant producing and earning. We separate what the plant needs on day one from what can wait. Improvements, extra capacity and higher automation are planned from the start and added in phases, paid for by the plant's own output. This lowers the capital the investor must commit before revenue begins, shortens the path to first sales and reduces risk. The plant layout and utilities are sized so that later phases can be added without rebuilding what already works.

How we run the project

Our engineering team in Berlin works with European manufacturers and with German research institutions such as Fraunhofer when a process needs deeper technical input. Our Middle East office in Dammam handles site coordination, local partners and the client relationship in Saudi Arabia and the region. We prepare a clear schedule, a budget and a list of decisions the client must take at each stage. We report progress in plain terms, flag issues early and keep machinery suppliers, civil contractors and installers working to the same plan.

What the client should prepare

A good start needs a defined product and target market, an idea of the required capacity, and the available budget or financing route. If a site is already chosen, we need its location, size, access and available utilities such as power, water and gas. Any existing licences, land allocation documents or earlier studies help us move faster. If some of this is still open, we can help define it through a feasibility study before the engineering work begins, so the project rests on checked assumptions.
