Plant Maintenance & Upgrades

Production machinery loses output over time through wear, outdated controls and missing spare parts. Wavy Solutions helps plant owners restore and improve existing equipment instead of replacing it. We repair, overhaul, modernise and automate machines, and we raise the capacity of lines that have become bottlenecks.

Repair and overhaul

We assess machines that have frequent breakdowns, falling output or quality problems, and we find the root causes. Our engineers plan overhauls that replace worn components, restore alignment and bring the machine back to its original performance. We source original or equivalent spare parts from European manufacturers and organise the specialist technicians needed for the work. Overhauls are scheduled with the plant team to fit planned shutdowns, so production losses stay as low as possible.

Modernisation and automation

Many older machines are mechanically sound but run on outdated drives and control systems that are hard to maintain. We replace obsolete PLCs, drives, sensors and operator panels with current European components, and we add automation where it reduces manual work, scrap or energy use. Modernisation usually costs far less than a new machine and keeps the proven mechanical base. We document every change so that the plant's own maintenance team can support the upgraded system.

Capacity upgrades

When demand grows, the first question is whether the existing line can produce more. We study the line to find the bottleneck, which may be a single machine, a utility limit or a handling step. We then propose targeted upgrades, such as a faster section, an added unit or better material flow, and estimate the gain in output against the cost. This fits our phased approach: the plant grows step by step, and each step is paid for by the extra output it brings.

What the client should prepare

The client should give us access to the machines and to the people who operate and maintain them. Useful information includes machine type, manufacturer and year, electrical and control drawings, maintenance history, current output figures and a description of the main problems. We also need to know the planned shutdown windows and any budget limits. With this, we can propose a realistic plan that separates urgent repairs from upgrades that can follow later.
