Medical Equipment Supply

Hospitals and clinics need reliable equipment, clear documentation and dependable service after installation. Wavy Solutions sources medical equipment from European manufacturers and manages the supply from specification to delivery. We serve healthcare operators, contractors and investors in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and other markets.

What we supply

We supply medical equipment for hospitals, clinics, laboratories and specialised healthcare facilities. This can range from single devices to the equipment package for a new department or facility. We work with established European manufacturers known for build quality and long service life. Because we are an engineering company, we look beyond the device itself. We check how it connects to the building, its power, water or gas needs, and the space and installation conditions it requires.

Specification and selection

We work with the client's medical and technical staff to define the clinical need, the required features and the expected usage. We then request offers from suitable manufacturers and compare them on performance, total cost of ownership, delivery time, training, spare parts and service support. The client receives a clear comparison and a recommendation. We also check that the documentation the manufacturer provides matches what the destination country requires for import and registration, such as approval by the national food and drug authority.

Delivery and after-sales support

We coordinate packing, shipping, insurance and customs clearance, and we follow the delivery to the site. Installation and commissioning are carried out by the manufacturer's technicians or authorised partners, and we make sure user training is part of the scope. After handover, we help the client keep access to spare parts, maintenance and software updates from the manufacturer. In Saudi Arabia, our Dammam office is the client's local contact for follow-up during and after the supply.

What the client should prepare

The client should provide a list of the equipment needed, or a description of the department or service it will support. Information on the facility, including room sizes, power supply and medical gas connections where relevant, helps us check suitability. We also need the budget range, the required delivery date and the client's preferred service arrangements. If the client is equipping a new facility, we can work alongside the design team from an early stage.
